Refund Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Ray, operated by L’Atelier Gege LLC. For card payments, Polar is the merchant of record: it sells the subscription to you and processes payments and refunds. Card purchases are also subject to Polar’s buyer terms, and Polar may issue refunds under its own policy in addition to what is described here. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

1. Subscriptions

Plans are billed in advance each period and are generally non-refundable once a period has begun. Card subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your workspace’s billing settings to stop future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the current paid period.

2. 14-day consideration

If you are dissatisfied within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, contact us and we will review a refund of that most recent charge in good faith. This does not apply to renewals or to usage beyond the plan allowance. For card payments, approved refunds are issued through Polar.

3. QPay payments

QPay invoices are issued per period in MNT and are never charged automatically. Because each period is paid individually, the practical way to stop billing is to not renew for the next period. Refunds of a paid QPay period are handled case by case — contact us.

4. Archiving or deleting a workspace

Archiving or permanently deleting a workspace does not trigger a refund or prorate the unused part of the current paid period, and archiving does not pause billing. A workspace with a card subscription that is set to renew cannot be archived or deleted — cancel the subscription first. If you then delete the workspace, the cancelled subscription simply ends and is not charged again.

5. How to request

Email us from the address on your account with your workspace name and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider and your bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback, which may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.
